The load capacity of each floor is also extreme - the ground floor is capable of bearing 5 000 kg/m2. All other floors, including the roof, can bear 1 500 kg/m2. Each client rack is connected to 2 independent electrical supply circuits (A+B), either 16 A, 32 A or 63 A; single-phase, three-phase or direct current 48 V. In case of a power supply failure from the public grid, the facility has generators with a redundancy of N+1 at its disposal, with backup fuel supply for 72 hours of full operation. Datacube uses 2 independent UPS battery systems at a redundancy of 2 x (N+1). This means that each rack is connected to two independent power supplies, each secured by UPS at a redundancy of N+1. « Close

The facility was built with the easy and safe handling of server racks in mind. The elevated ground floor of the building is easily accessible from a loading bay that can handle full truck deliveries, and heavy loads to upper floors are moved with an elevator capable of bearing 2 500 kg. From the loading ramp to its destination, each rack is transported on a single plane. « Close

CAGE - The cage may be locked with a key or a biometric lock and provides a higher standard of physical security for our clients' technology.
PRIVATE ROOM - Leasing a private room is the highest standard of data protection available. The room may be set up to have its own power and cooling connections, fire extinguisher and private access control system.
COLLOCATION RACK SPACE Leasing cooled, secure server rack space in a shared room. Each rack has two power circuits (A+B) backed with their own UPS, and its own power consumption meter.
STORAGE SPACE - Short or long-term use of lockable storage space from up to 1 m3. Storage spaces are located in separate rooms with controlled access.
DISASTER RECOVERY SPACE Private or shared office space for Disaster Recovery or Business Continuity with direct cable connections to IT equipment on site.
REMOTE HANDS AND EYES Datacube technicians are ready to perform basic tasks on customer equipment under on-line customer supervision
MIGRATION SERVICES Datacube can assemble a professional team that has extensive experience with planning and executing the migration of complex IT infrastructure
